Rentals are a convenient and cost-effective way of completing unlimited sessions for unlimited people in the comfort of your own home.
Separate from Month-long NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback rentals are $999+HST for the first month and $799+HST for any additional months. Two-week rentals are priced at $599+HST and $499+HST for and additional two-week periods.
You’ll receive free delivery in the Greater Hamilton Area, a free instructional session on how to use the device, and unlimited phone, text and email access to our trainers to help guide your rental experience.
Shipping is also available across Ontario and Canada at the renters expense (roughly $30 one way). This includes the a virtual instructional session and the same access to our trainers.
Clients complete an average of 15-20 sessions during a one-month rental, which works out to be significantly less than the cost of as many In-Clinic sessions. We have seen clients do sessions every day, train their whole families, or rent with a group of friends to get more value out of their rental.
If you don’t experience results after 10 sessions or two-weeks you can stop your rental and receive a refund for unused time.

Getting Started
How do I set it up? Is it easy to use? The system is fully automated and surprisingly simple to set up. Just plug it in, attach the sensors, and press play. We’ve successfully helped dozens of clients run sessions with no issues.
What is included in the rental? You receive everything you need to run sessions: the NeurOptimal® device, sensors, paste, headphones, and setup instructions. If you run low on any materials, let us know and we'll ship out replacement materials or refund you for purchases you make yourself.
Will I get training or support? Absolutely. We provide a free 60-90-minute instructional session when you receive your rental, and we’re available by phone, text and email if issues arise. This can look like simple troubleshooting, conversations about the changes you are experiencing, or how to contextualize your results based on our clinical experience.
Using the System
How often should I do sessions? We recommend starting with 3-4 sessions weekly, and working up week over week. Most people average 4-5 sessions per week and complete 15-20 sessions during a month long rental.
Can I use it every day? Twice a day? Is it possible to overdo it? Just like exercise, it is possible to over-train. We recommend starting with sessions every other day, then working up to daily sessions if you can tolerate it. Occasionally clients report being able to tolerate two sessions per day, though this can lead to symptoms of overtraining like fatigue, irritability, and brain fog. Just like with exercise, these symptoms resolve on their own after rest.
How many people can I give sessions to? As many as you want. The system is yours for as long as you rent it. We provide you with enough materials for 100+ sessions during a typical rental. The current record is a family of four getting in 70+ sessions in 31 days, we genuinely hope you beat this record. The more use it gets the better.
What if I run into technical issues? Remote tech support (via what’s called a “ZenConnect”) is conveniently available through the parent company of NeurOptimal® for free. After ~5 minutes and just a few clicks, a tech-support worker will remote-access your system to fix the problem and get things running smoothly.

How much do rentals cost? Month-long rentals are priced at $999 for one month, and $799 for subsequent months. Two-week rentals are available and are valued at $599 for the first two weeks and $499 for subsequent two-week periods.

How do I receive the rental? How do I return it? We offer simple & hassle-free drop-off & pick-up in the Greater Hamilton area, or the option to ship at the renters expense anywhere in Canada via courier/Canada Post (roughly $30 one way).

Can I buy a system if I love it? Absolutely, we can help you purchase a new system at a discount from NeurOptimal®, connect you with forums and facebook buy/sell groups for used devices, or extend your rental long-term at a discounted rate.
What if it doesn’t work? Our satisfaction guaruantee means that if you don’t experience results after 10 sessions or two-weeks you can stop your rental and receive a refund for any unused time.
Can I claim this on my insurance? Is it tax dectable? Many insurance policies or extended health plans cover in-person sessions administered by a credentialed practitioner. However, rentals are not covered by insurance or tax deductible.
