Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Biofeedback

Coming soon to the Neurofeedback Program.

What is heart rate variability?

Heart rate variability is the natural variation in time between one heartbeat and the next. It reflects how your nervous system shifts between activation and rest.

What is HRV biofeedback?

HRV biofeedback shows your heart rhythm on a screen in real time while you follow a slow, paced breathing pattern. The feedback helps you learn a breathing rhythm you can also use on your own, outside sessions.

How it fits the program

Once it launches, HRV biofeedback will be part of every session in our Neurofeedback Program, alongside NeurOptimal® neurofeedback and Vielight®, at no extra cost.
