Neurofeedback: An Introduction to Thinking Biologically About Mental Health

This is a recording of a talk given to students in my Master of Science in Psychotherapy program at McMaster University. It was written and presented to an audience of psychotherapists, mostly friends, so may introduce some slighly technical therapy-related concepts, and is given in a slightly informal tone.

The purpose of the talk was to introduce folks to the idea of neurofeedback and the principles of treating mental illness from a 'biological' angle. I figured others may find it interesting, enjoy!
