Biology & Mental Health: Three Tools to Change Your Practice

This is a recording of a talk I gave to students in my Masters of Science in Psychotherapy program at McMaster University.

It’s a great introduction to the core philosophy of my practice at Hamilton Neurofeedback: that mental health isn't just psychological, it's biological.

It also explores three tools which can boost mental health: 1) heart rate variability biofeedback (HRVB); 2) transcranial photobiomodulation (red light therapy for your brain); and 3) supplemental creatine.
